This brief, three‑minute survey is hosted on the Utah State Council of Trout Unlimited’s website on behalf of the Wasatch Fly Tying & Fly Fishing Expo. You may submit your feedback anonymously by leaving the name and company fields blank. If you do share your contact information, we’ll use it only for optional follow‑up—your answers will still be kept confidential and reported in aggregate, and we will not share your company/personal information with anyone or any other organization.
